Lisa's Schedule

This 30-minute bodyweight interval training class format uses timed drills meant to challenge your heart rate and strengthen your entire body. I encourage you to move in a way that makes you feel strong in your space.

Recommended: shoes, mat, towel, lateral booty band loop. ( No equipment works just fine too.)

You will need a mat or towel, and space to move. To enhance your workout, bring a weighted ball or an extra towel with 0 to 5lbs wrapped inside of it or just use a light dumbbell. This class uses timed intervals of abdominal strengthening, spine stabilizing moves, and cardio drills. It’s a full-body workout!

Shoes are recommended if you choose the high impact conditioning, for more for ankle stability. You can still perform the workout without shoes if you choose low/moderate impact options and want more focus on total body control.

Are you ready for a booty strengthening burn while you drip? In this quick 30 min class, you work up a nice sweat with cardio drills. You’ll strengthen your legs and glutes using dumbbells and booty bands. (Only if you’d like to intensify the workout.)  Also, all exercises can be performed with bodyweight.

Now all that’s left is to click the link at start time and join in the action!
